On the Rocks provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
✦ By placing an order at On the Rocks, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's permission to buy from this store.
✦ You agree you will not resell this zine for a higher price than you paid for. You agree that you will not resell any merchandise from the zine unless you are the artist of said merchandise.
✦ By placing an order, you agree that YOU are responsible for import taxes and customs duties if they are charged after receiving the packages.
✦ You agree that any lost packages are NOT our responsibility. If you put the wrong address or change your address without informing On the Rocks, you will have to send a reshipping fee for us to resend it. You agree that while On the Rocks will do our best to try to replace some of your missing package, On the Rocks is ultimately NOT responsible in the case that the post office loses the package or it is stolen. How much of the package is replaced is up to the discretion of On the Rocks and stock inventory.
